Taking time out for yourself is a lost “art.” Are we really that busy that we cannot take time for ourselves? Whether it is just stepping outside an enjoying a beautiful spring day, spending 30 minutes writing/sketching/drawing or mindful meditation we deserve to take time out of our day for “me!”
Everyone has 5 minutes, right? The following YouTube video is a great beginner option to begin meditating. If you continue to take time out for yourself you will begin to see subtle changes in your everyday life . . . stress reduction, inner peace, spiritual connection or just a calm sense of being that can only help!
